* All of our children's classes study the same Bible story. This way,
families are able to talk about the lessons of the day, whatever age their
children might be. Our youth follow an intensive Bible study plan that will
allow them to have covered most of the Bible during their time in our youth
ministry. *

Women's
Classes

Friendship Class |
This class includes single and married women of all ages and uses a
variety of materials and approaches in Bible study. Recently, the class
has been studying "Purpose Driven Life." They also use Beth Moore videos
and other small group resources. Members say this is a "place where
burdens and celebrations are shared in a loving, caring group." |

Grace Ellis Class |
This senior adult ladies' class provides an in-depth study of individual
books of the Bible using Lifeway's Explore the Bible Curriculum
as a guide. Most of the members of this class are grandmother's, and
many are widows. They care for each other and welcome newcomers to their
class. |

Sunshine Class |
The Sunshine Class is a loving, caring group of mission minded ladies,
whose goal is to study God's word and meet the spiritual needs of each
class member. Emphasis is given to open discussion of the Scriptures,
guided by the Explore the Bible Curriculum. |
Men's Classes

Men's Class |
This class encompasses a wide variety of ages and backgrounds. The class
uses Lifeway's quarterly literature to assist them in finding God's
purpose for their lives and to identify ways in which they can serve
Christ, individually and as a class. Their monthly mission projects
include providing food for the Baptist community centers. |

Young
Adults
Class |
This class is made up of 18 - 25 year old men and women, some of whom
are in college, and others who are starting their careers. Their
discussion filled lessons focus on topics that are relevant to their
lives from a Biblical perspective. Previous lessons series include "The
Gospel According to the Simpsons" and "What It Means to Be Baptist." |

Faith Keepers Class |
This class is made up of young adults (25 and older), married and
single, with and without small children. The class focuses on the
application of Scripture to life. Their purpose is "to establish a
cleared understanding of the ways in which God works in our lives."
Their Bible study is based around a variety of small group studies. The
class has an ongoing missions fund and enjoys socializing outside of
class with camping trips and other activities. |

New Beginnings Class |
Many members of this class have adult children. The class uses Smyth &
Helwys Formations literature. They have also studied special
interest topics, including "God and Astronomy" and the tabernacle. It is
an inclusive group, open to sharing and exploring. The New Beginnings
Class looks to deepen their understanding of God and God's Word through
spirited discussion and research. |
